Safe Handling Instructions
Keep frozen until use. Thaw in refrigerator. Cook to an internal temperature of 72°C Refrigerate leftovers. Always wash your hands before handling.
Chef Tips
Thaw product in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or immerse legs in cold water for 30 minutes. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
Suggested Cooking
Defrost squid in refrigerator. Can be prepared for both grilling and deep frying. For deep frying just cut the slices and knead with sparkling water and carbonat.
