Safe Handling Instructions
Keep frozen until use. Thaw in refrigerator. Cook to an internal temperature of 72°C Refrigerate leftovers. Always wash your hands before handling.

Do not cook for a long time in your recipes, as it is pre-cooked.
Suggested Cooking
Mussels are cooked which makes for easier preparation. Chilean mussels can be served in lemon butter sauce seasoned with lovage and thyme as well as added to soups, pasta or salads.
