Chilean Blue Mussels are a popular delicacy with rich history. Medium to large in size the meat of the Chilean Mussels ranges from peachy to bright orange in colour, with a plump, chewy but yet tender texture when cooked. Our Mussels are farmed off the Chilean coast of South America.

Safe Handling Instructions

Keep frozen until use. Thaw in refrigerator. Cook to an internal temperature of 72°C Refrigerate leftovers. Always wash your hands before handling.

Do not cook for a long time in your recipes, as it is pre-cooked.

Suggested Cooking

Mussels are cooked which makes for easier preparation. Chilean mussels can be served in lemon butter sauce seasoned with lovage and thyme as well as added to soups, pasta or salads.
